Terms of Service
Last updated July 15, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Dry Run inspection-readiness screening service (the "Service") provided by Great Basin Software LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). Ludus Ready is a trading name of Great Basin Software LLC. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. What the Service does
Dry Run reads a document and evaluates it against a fixed set of inspection-readiness criteria, returning per-criterion findings with a short evidence excerpt and rationale. It is a screening and triage aid for quality and regulatory professionals — a way to make a human reviewer's attention go further.
2. What the Service does not do
Dry Run triages; it does not clear. It does not certify, approve, validate, or guarantee that any document is accurate, complete, compliant, or ready for submission or inspection.
Its output is not legal, regulatory, or compliance advice, and is not a substitute for review by a qualified person.
You remain solely responsible for your documents, your own review, and any decisions or regulatory submissions you make. The Service is intended to supplement human judgment, not replace it.
Findings may include false positives and false negatives. A result of "no finding" against a criterion is not an assurance that no issue exists.
3. Accounts and access
Access to the live Service requires signing in through a supported identity provider (such as Google or Microsoft). You are responsible for your account, for maintaining the confidentiality of your access, and for all activity under your account. You must be authorized to use the account and to submit the documents you provide.
4. Your content
- You retain all rights to the documents you submit. You grant us a limited license to process them solely to provide the Service to you.
- We do not store your documents after processing them (see the Privacy Policy).
- You represent that you have the right to submit each document and that doing so does not violate any law, contract, confidentiality obligation, or third-party right.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to: misuse the Service or use it for any unlawful purpose; submit content you are not permitted to submit; attempt to disrupt, probe, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service; use it to develop a competing product; or use it in violation of applicable laws or regulations.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software and its criteria sets, is owned by Great Basin Software LLC and protected by applicable law. These Terms grant you no rights in the Service other than to use it as permitted here.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any finding will be accurate, complete, or suitable for your purposes.
8. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GREAT BASIN SOFTWARE LLC AND ITS SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS ARISING FROM YOUR RELIANCE ON THE SERVICE OR ITS OUTPUT — INCLUDING ANY REGULATORY, COMPLIANCE, OR BUSINESS CONSEQUENCE — EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Great Basin Software LLC from claims, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service, your submitted content, or your violation of these Terms.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, including for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.
11. Changes
We may modify the Service or these Terms from time to time. If we change these Terms, we'll update the "Last updated" date above, and your continued use of the Service means you accept the revised Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
