Frequently asked questions
What counts as a document review?
One run of a document against the criteria. Re-running a document is a new review — each run is a fresh, independent analysis, so it counts again.
What happens if I go over my monthly reviews?
No hard stop and no surprise upgrade — extra reviews are billed at your plan’s overage rate ($0.75 on Solo, $0.50 on Team), so you can keep working through a busy month.
Do you store my documents?
No. Documents are screened and then discarded — we keep a running count of your reviews, never the content itself.
Can I change plans or cancel?
Anytime. Plans are month-to-month, and unused reviews don’t roll over.
